The online shop delivers goods via Venipak and Omnivas parcel post and courier. The goods without any extra charges can be picked up at the online shop's office in Riga, Piedrujas iela 7, k-3. Delivery in Latvia 3.00-7.00 €, Free delivery for purchases over 45.00 € will be provided only to Omniva and Venipak parcel machines, Delivery in Lithuania and Estonia 8.00 € with free delivery for purchases from 60.00 €. Oversized items exceeding standard weights and dimensions will be subject to additional delivery charges.



Delivery is made within 1-2 working days if the ordered goods are available in the warehouse at Piedrujas iela 7.
If the goods are indicated as being in the supplier's warehouse, delivery takes 3-7 working days.

Order cancellation conditions.
1. The customer who has chosen to receive the product in our office and make payment on the spot does not need to notify about the canceled order.
2. A customer who has chosen to receive the product in our office and has already made a payment via bank transfer, card payment or payser internet banking payment option needs to contact us if the customer wants to cancel the order.
3. The customer who has chosen to receive the product via Omniv or Expressmail and has not made the payment, it is not necessary to notify about the canceled order.
4. The customer, who has chosen to receive the product via Omniv or Expressmail and has made the payment, needs to contact us about the order cancellation.
5. Orders that have already been shipped are subject to the procedure below in the "Return Policy". The customer is informed about the sent product by SMS and e-mail.

Product return policy.
Return of the product without explanation is possible within 15 days after purchase. For any return of the product, contact us at info@parvalks.lv or call (+371) 28625458.
The right of withdrawal expires after 15 days from the date on which you or a third party you have indicated or authorized to receive the product received the product for your use.
In order to comply with the term of the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send your application for the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of their term.
Goods cannot be returned within 15 days if:

When receiving the goods from the courier, please make sure that the packaging is not damaged! If there are damages, be sure to indicate them in the goods acceptance certificate located at the courier! If the defect of the packaging is not recorded in the acceptance certificate at the time of receipt of the goods, we will not be able to review your claims for damage to the packaging and the goods in it later. If the product has been received in a damaged package and a deed has NOT been drawn up, then it may not be returned if you decide to refuse it within 15 days. If the packaging is not damaged, but when you open it you saw that the product has external damage or missing parts listed in the set, you can exercise the right of withdrawal and make a claim to us within five working days of receiving the product. All claims submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
If you refuse the product, we will refund all money received from you, except for delivery costs, in any case no later than 14 days after receipt of the product. Pārvalks.lv does not provide delivery and return expenses of the product with an exception, if the product is damaged / rejected or does not correspond to the given description of the product.
Refund will be made by bank transfer to the account from which the money was received for the purchase. The money will be refunded until the returned item has been inspected.

Your data will be used exclusively for completing and sending your order. Buyers' personal data will be stored for no longer than required by law. The buyer can request the deletion of his data at any time.
